One of the very first high-rise condominiums in Canada, this diverse community is located just off Allan Gardens in the centre of Toronto. We're within walking distance of the Eaton Centre, the Bay and King financial district, colourful Church and Wellesley, Ryerson University, the University of Toronto, Queen's Park, theatres, hospitals and schools. (Mapquest). Homewood Avenue is near the Carlton, Wellesley and Sherbourne TTC stations. Our building and large grounds are well maintained and managed. The building has underground owner and visitor parking, bicycle rooms, a library, a large recreation room, a meeting room, a hobby room, a modern laundry room, a swimming pool, saunas, and a state-of-the-art exercise room.

Dogs Off Leash!

As 40 Homewood is a pet-welcoming community, our building is the home of many dogs and cats. The long-awaited dogs off-leash area in Allan Gardens is now complete. This project is part of the overall Allan Gardens revitalization project. The new area includes a fenced area for small dogs, a water fountain, and proper irrigation. Dogs and their owners can also play in and enjoy the Montague parkette, adjacent to 40 Homewood on the south side.
