40 Homewood Bicycle Rooms
Management is looking at ways to make room for more bicycles. Please let the office know if you have a space you're not using, or if you need a space.
Our central location means that many residents can commute by bicycle or even walk. We have two large bicycle storage rooms. Both contain wall and floor racks, and tire-inflating air pumps. The indoor room contains a utility sink. If you would like a spot for your bike in one of the storage rooms, please contact the office.
Our location is excellent for cyclists, as we are very near the intersection of Carlton (east-west) and Sherbourne (north-south). Carlton at the Bloor intersection becomes College, which has designated bike lanes. Sherbourne also has designated bike lanes, and runs directly south to the Waterfront Trail.
A bicycle ramp located next to the garage entrance leads directly from the front of the building to the indoor bicycle room. This handy feature is well appreciated by our cyclists for quick access, especially when it is raining.
Our second bicycle room is an easily accessible large cage in the garage, located immediately on your right upon entering through the garage door. Less effort is required to lift bikes onto wall racks in the garage, as these racks are lower. There are a total of 256 bike spots available:

Visitors to the building can park their bikes at the visitor bike racks at the front and rear of the building.
