There's a draft of minutes of June 2009 AGM in the library or you can request one via email from the office. Please send corrections to the office. We hope to expedite correcting & amending at the May 2010 AGM.

Laundry room will now be open all the time ("24/7"). Accessible with your fob.

All renovations to suites (flooring, balcony doors, toilets, etc. - all renovations) must be approved by management prior to the work being done.

This applies to renovations, not decorating such as painting.
