40 Homewood TV Listings
Cable television is provided to each unit as part of the common services. The basic service has over 40 channels, including CNN, Discovery, Showcase, A&E and many other premium stations. We have a Satellite Master Antenna Television operation which provides good service at a very reasonable cost.
Viewers can also subscribe to pay stations from our digital service provider Davia Cable and get even more selection. Many packages are available, such as movies, comedy, adult and sports. Please see the office if you would like to subscribe to any of the pay stations.
Channel 3 shows the security cameras at the entrances to the building so you can view your guests before allowing them entry. Channel 13 provides information relating to 40 Homewood including management office notices.
